Ingredients (7)
  • 1 jar (23.5 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • about 2 ounces DOLE Pineapple Juice
  • ice, as needed
  1. Remove 8-10 pineapple chunks from jar and combine with lime wedges, mint, and brown sugar in a glass. Muddle lightly.
  2. Add white rum and top with pineapple juice.  Add ice, if desired.
