Step 2: Add softened butter, sour cream, eggs and vanilla. Step 3: Spray 5 stacking bowls with pan coating.  Pour 3 oz. of caramel in each bowl; add pineapple cubes and remaining almonds. Step 4: Pour 8 oz. of batter in each bowl and bake for approximately 45 minutes at 325 degrees or until a test toothpick comes out of cake clean. Step 5: When done baking immediately remove from bowl.
