15 oz. caramel sauce,
1 pound DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts, Pineapple Cubes,
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour,
1/2 cup almonds, sliced,
3/4 teaspoon baking powder,
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt,
1-3/4 cups sugar,
1/2 pound, softened unsalted butter,
1 cup liquid eggs,
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract,
3/4 cup sour cream,
Step 1: Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and half of almonds in a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Add softened butter, sour cream, eggs and vanilla.
Step 3: Spray 5 stacking bowls with pan coating. Pour 3 oz. of caramel in each bowl; add pineapple cubes and remaining almonds.
Step 4: Pour 8 oz. of batter in each bowl and bake for approximately 45 minutes at 325 degrees or until a test toothpick comes out of cake clean.
Step 5: When done baking immediately remove from bowl.
