Ingredients (9)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 pounds frozen DOLE® Mango Chunks, partially thawed
  • 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 tablespoon tamarind paste
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 3-1/2 teaspoons Mexican chili lime seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • pinch salt
  1. Combine sugar and water in a medium bowl.  Stir to dissolve completely.
  2. Combine mango, coconut, tamarind, cinnamon, chili lime seasoning, cayenne, salt, and sugar mixture in blender.  Cover; blend until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into freezer container. Cover and freeze 4 hours or until sorbet is firm.
  4. Garnish with additional Mexican chili lime seasoning, if desired.
