Ingredients (9)
  • 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen DOLE® Rhubarb, partially thawed
  • 2 baking apples, peeled, diced
  • 3 DOLE® Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2/3 cup DOLE Seedless Raisins
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in large saucepan. Heat slowly over medium heat 30 to 40 minutes or until completely tender; stirring occasionally.
  2. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook rapidly several minutes; remove from heat, store in sterilized jars in refrigerator.
