Tart and sweet chutney which can be served as a side dish to roasted pork or turkey.

- 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen DOLE® Rhubarb, partially thawed
- 2 baking apples, peeled, diced
- 3 DOLE® Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2/3 cup DOLE Seedless Raisins
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- Place all ingredients in large saucepan. Heat slowly over medium heat 30 to 40 minutes or until completely tender; stirring occasionally.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Cook rapidly several minutes; remove from heat, store in sterilized jars in refrigerator.
