Heat slowly over medium heat 30 to 40 minutes or until completely tender; stirring occasionally. Step 2: Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Step 3: Cook rapidly several minutes; remove from heat, store in sterilized jars in refrigerator.

3 medium DOLE Red Onions, diced (4 cups)
1 tbsp  grated fresh ginger
2/3 cup DOLE Seedless Raisins
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves

Direction
