Direction

Mash strawberries with sugar in medium bowl; set aside.

STEP2
Ingredients

1-1/2 cups fresh DOLE Tropical Gold Pineapple, cut into small chunks
3 medium DOLE Bananas, peeled, cut in half lengthewise

Direction

Arrange banana halves in 3 banana split dishes.  Divide pineapple chunks down center of each dish.

6 small scoops vanilla sorbet or any flavor

1/2 cup blueberries or raspberries
mint for garnish, if desired
