- 8 cup DOLE® Red Leaf Lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup frozen DOLE Raspberries, partially thawed
- 1/2 cup DOLE Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces, toasted
- 4 oz. crumbled goat cheese
- raspberry or raspberry walnut vinaigrette
- Combine lettuce, raspberries, onion, walnuts and goat cheese in large bowl.
- Pour vinaigrette over salad until coated as desired; toss well.
