  • 8 cup DOLE® Red Leaf Lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup frozen DOLE Raspberries, partially thawed
  • 1/2 cup DOLE Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces, toasted
  • 4 oz. crumbled goat cheese
Directions
  1. Combine lettuce, raspberries, onion, walnuts and goat cheese in large bowl.
  2. Pour vinaigrette over salad until coated as desired; toss well.
