- 1 cup frozen DOLE Tropical Gold® Pineapple Chunks, partially thawed
- 1 cup frozen DOLE Raspberries, partially thawed
- 2 containers (6 oz. each) raspberry nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) soy protein or whey powder
- Combine banana, pineapple chunks, raspberries, yogurt and soy protein in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth.
