Ingredients (6)
  • 6 cups frozen DOLE® Mixed Fruit, partially thawed
  • 2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp chopped mint leaves
Directions
  1. Place mixed fruit in large bowl; set aside.
  2. Stir juice concentrate, yogurt, honey, lemon juice and mint in small bowl until blended. Spoon over fruit; toss gently to coat.
  3. Serve in parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Garnish with sliced strawberries and fresh mint, if desired.
