Ingredients (6)
  • 1 can (46 oz.) DOLE Pineapple Juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  1. Heat pineapple juice in a medium pot over medium heat. Add spices and bring to a simmer. Cook for 7 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and strain mixture into a pitcher. Discard peppercorns. 
  3. Stir in lemon juice and chill for 3 hrs. Serve over ice.
