This is a tropical salsa which is great to go over grilled chicken or pork or serve with tortillas.

Ingredients 9


1 cup frozen DOLE® Tropical Gold® Pineapple Chunks, partially thawed
1 cup frozen DOLE Mango Chunks, partially thawed
1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped DOLE Green Onion
1 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
2 tsp jalapeno chiles, chopped
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 to 1 tsp grated lime peel



1 cup DOLE  Frozen Pineapple Chunks, partially thawed
1 cup DOLE Frozen Mango Chunks, partially thawed
1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1 tbsp chopped DOLE Green Onion
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
2 tsp chopped jalapeno chiles
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 to 1 tsp grated lime peel


Combine pineapple chunks, mango chunks, bell peppers, onion, cilantro, chiles, lime juice and lime peel in small bowl. Serve salsa at room temperature or slightly chilled. Serve salsa over grilled chicken breasts or fish fillets.
