Pineapple Frozen Treat
A frozen dairy-free pineapple and banana soft serve treat.
Calories per serving
- 2 cups frozen DOLE® Tropical Gold® Pineapple Chunks, divided
- 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened flaked coconut, optional garnish
- Combine pineapple, banana, and unsweetened almond milk in blender. Cover; blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Transfer mixture to freezer-safe container.
- Garnish with flaked coconut, if desired.
- Cover and freeze for four hours for a firmer texture or serve immediately for a soft-serve texture.
