Ingredients (4)
  • 2 cups frozen DOLE® Tropical Gold® Pineapple Chunks, divided
  • 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened flaked coconut, optional garnish
Directions
  1. Combine pineapple, banana, and unsweetened almond milk in blender. Cover; blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  2. Transfer mixture to freezer-safe container.
  3. Garnish with flaked coconut, if desired.
  4. Cover and freeze for four hours for a firmer texture or serve immediately for a soft-serve texture.
