Quick and easy to make snack rich in fiber and low in sodium
1 jar (23.5 oz) DOLE Pineapple Chunks
Place one cup drained pineapple chunks in small microwave-safe bowl.
1/4 cup quick cooking oats1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
Mix together oats and brown sugar. Add to pineapple and stir together. Microwave on HIGH 30 to 60 seconds or until heated through.
