Quick and easy to make snack rich in fiber and low in sodium

- 1 jar (23.5 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Chunks
- 1/4 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- Canned Pineapple Chunks in Heavy Syrup
- Place one cup drained pineapple chunks in small microwave-safe bowl.
- Mix together oats and brown sugar. Add to pineapple and stir together. Microwave on HIGH 30 to 60 seconds or until heated through.
