  • 1 can (8 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Tidbits, drained, reserve juice
  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 2 English muffins, split, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, thinly sliced or chopped
  1. Combine avocado with 1 tablespoon reserved pineapple juice in a small bowl. Mash with fork.
  2. Spread avocado on each English muffin and top with pineapple, feta, basil, red pepper flakes, and salt.
