Ingredients (5)
  • 1/2 cup DOLE® Pineapple Chunks, drained
  • 6 medium cooked shrimp
  • 1 small lime, halved
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons prepared Thai peanut sauce
Directions
  1. Thread alternately four pineapple cubes and three shrimp onto two wooden skewers.
  2. Squeeze lime over the prepared skewers and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
  3. Serve with prepared Thai Peanut Sauce for dipping.
