Ingredients (7)
  • 2 medium DOLE® Banana, chopped
  • 1 can (8 oz.) DOLE Crushed Pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 12 flour tortillas (6-inch)
  • 2 large kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup DOLE Strawberries, chopped
  1. Spread 2 teaspoons peanut butter on each tortilla.
  2. Top each tortilla with 1 tablespoon each crushed pineapple, bananas, kiwi and strawberries.  Sprinkle with coconut.  Roll up tortillas.
