Peanut Butter Pineapple Burritos
A wrap that is great for lunch or a snack.
Calories per serving
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 12 flour tortillas (6-inch)
- 1 can (8 oz.) DOLE® Crushed Pineapple, drained
- 2 medium DOLE Banana, chopped
- 2 large kiwi, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup DOLE Strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- Spread 2 teaspoons peanut butter on each tortilla.
- Top each tortilla with 1 tablespoon each crushed pineapple, bananas, kiwi and strawberries. Sprinkle with coconut. Roll up tortillas.
