- 1-1/2 cups frozen DOLE® Sliced Peaches
- 3/4 cup vanilla soy or almond milk
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon whole flaxseeds
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Combine peaches, milk, maple syrup, walnuts, flaxseed and cinnamon in blender. Cover; blend until smooth.
