2 sticks (1 cup) butter, softened,
1/2 cup sugar,
4 egg(s) at room temperature,
4 (4.3 oz. cups) DOLE® Peaches & Creme Parfait,
1 pkg. cake mix ( white, yellow or lemon flavor),
1 teaspoon baking powder,
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Cream together butter and sugar with hand mixer. Add eggs, one at at time, continue beating with mixer.
Step 3: Blend peaches & creme parfaits in food processor. Add to wet mixture; blend 2 minutes with hand mixer.
Step 4: Stir together cake mix and baking powder. Add about 1/3 at a time to wet mixture; blend well with mixer.
Step 5: Pour batter into greased bundt pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on rack before serving.
Step 6: Tip: Can use DOLE Apples & Creme or DOLE Pineapple & Creme Parfaits in place of Peaches & Creme Parfait.
