Pancakes with Tropical Fruit
A simple tropical fruit sauce served over warm pancakes is sure to start any day off right!
Calories per serving
- 1 can (15.25 oz.) DOLE® Tropical Fruit, coarsely chopped
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 cup DOLE Raisins
- 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 tablespoon flaked coconut
- 12 frozen or prepared pancakes
Combine tropical fruit and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Stir in brown sugar and raisins. Cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens. Stir in coconut extract and coconut; cool.
Prepare pancakes according to package directions. Serve warm sauce over pancakes.
