Ingredients (7)
  • 1 can (15.25 oz.) DOLE® Tropical Fruit, coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup DOLE Raisins
  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1 tablespoon flaked coconut
  • 12 frozen or prepared pancakes
  1. Combine tropical fruit and cornstarch in a medium saucepan.  Stir in brown sugar and raisins.  Cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens. Stir in coconut extract and coconut; cool.


  2. Prepare pancakes according to package directions.  Serve warm sauce over pancakes.
