  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup frozen DOLE® Blueberries, partially thawed
  • 1/4 cup frozen DOLE Sliced Strawberries, partially thawed
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  1. Combine oats, chia, coconut milk, and honey in bowl or mason jar. Cover, chill overnight.
  2. Top with blueberries, strawberries, almonds, and pumpkin seeds.
