  • 1 jar (23.5 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 tablespoons cashew butter or peanut butter
  • 6 1” thick English cucumber slices
  1. Remove 1/4 cup pineapple chunks and drain.
  2. Spread about 1 teaspoon cashew butter on each cucumber slice. Top with a pineapple chunk. Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top, if desired.
