A quick smoothie with mixed fruit, yogurt, banana and pineapple juice.
1 can (6 oz.) DOLE Pineapple Juice1 carton (6 oz.) vanilla lowfat yogurt1-1/2 cups DOLE Frozen Wildly Nutritious Mixed Fruit
Combine pineapple juice, yogurt and mixed fruit in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth.
Variation: Omit banana, and increase amount of mixed fruit to 1-1/2 cups; proceed as above.
