Mixed Berry Smoothie
A smoothie that has strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries.
Calories per serving
- 1 ripe large DOLE® Banana(s), peeled
- 1 can (8 oz.) DOLE Pineapple Chunks, undrained
- 1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
- 1 container (6 oz.) blueberry or mixed berries yogurt
- Slice banana into blender or food processor. Add pineapple chunks, mixed berries and yogurt. Cover; blend until smooth.
