- 1 cup DOLE® Pineapple Juice
- 1 cup frozen DOLE® Sliced Peaches, partially thawed
- 1 carton (6 oz.) vanilla lowfat yogurt
- 1/2 to 1 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- Combine pineapple juice, peaches, yogurt and mint in blender or food processor. Cover; blend until smooth. Garnish with additional fresh mint, if desired.
