  • 1 cup DOLE® Pineapple Juice
  • 1 cup frozen DOLE Sliced Peaches, partially thawed
  • 1 carton (6 oz.) vanilla lowfat yogurt
  • 1/2 to 1 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
Directions
  1. Combine pineapple juice, peaches, yogurt and mint in blender or food processor. Cover; blend until smooth. Garnish with additional fresh mint, if desired.
