Minted Tropical Medley Salad
This combines tropical fruit with watermelon and blueberries for a refreshing salad.

- 2 cups DOLE® Tropical Medley, partially thawed
- 1/4 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 cup watermelon, honeydew or cantaloupe chunks
- 1 cup blueberries
- Combine tropical medley, pineapple juice, mint, lime juice, watermelon and blueberries in bowl. Toss to evenly coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
