Mango Maple Ginger Daiquiri
Sweet and refreshing daiquiri

- 1/2 cup DOLE® Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 cup (4oz.) dark rum
- 1-1/2 cups frozen DOLE Mango Chunks, partially thawed
- 1 (1/2 inch) thick slice fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup (2 oz.) maple syrup
- 2-1/2 cups crushed ice
- Combine pineapple juice, rum, mango, ginger, limes and syrup in blender container. Add ice. Cover; blend until smooth.
- Pour into chilled martini glasses rimmed with equal parts superfine bar sugar and ground ginger.
