Ingredients (9)
  • 2 cups frozen DOLE® Mango Chunks, partially thawed
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) DOLE Butter Bliss
  • 1 cup grated jicama
  • 1/2 cup toasted cashews, chopped
  • or natural sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup bottled poppy seed dressing
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened flaked coconut, toasted
  • salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  1. Combine mango chunks, salad blend, jicama, cashews and green onions in large bowl. Toss with dressing to coat. Top with grilled chicken breasts and flaked coconut. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
