Mandarin Sunrise Fruit Parfait
Classic parfait with mixed fruit.
Calories per serving
- 1/3 cup gingersnap or other flavored granola, divided
- 1/2 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt
- 2/3 cup frozen DOLE® Mandarin Sunrise Blend, part thawed
- fresh mint sprigs
- Layer one-half granola, yogurt and fruit in parfait glass. Repeat layers. Garnish with mint.
