  • 1/3 cup gingersnap or other flavored granola, divided
  • 1/2 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt
  • 2/3 cup frozen DOLE® Mandarin Sunrise Blend, part thawed
  • fresh mint sprigs
Directions
  1. Layer one-half granola, yogurt and fruit in parfait glass. Repeat layers. Garnish with mint.
