Mandarin Orange Ambrosia Pudding
A quick and easy sweet treat.
Calories per serving
- 2 cups cold low-fat or non-fat milk
- 1 pkg. (4-svg. size) vanilla instant pudding
- 1 (23.5 oz.) Jarred Mandarin Oranges
- 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- Pour milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Stir in 1 cup drained mandarin oranges and coconut. Spoon evenly into 6 dessert dishes.
