Step 2: Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into egg mixture alternately with milk. Fold in peel, walnuts and blueberries.
Step 3: Pour into 8x4-inch loaf pan, sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
Step 4: Bake at 350°F., 60 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove bread from pan. Cool completely.
