Ingredients (7)
  • 1/2 cup DOLE® Pineapple Juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
  1. Combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, and mustard in a small bowl.  While whisking, slowly add the olive oil  until the vinaigrette is emulsified.  Refrigerate until ready to use.  Serve with green salad.
