- 1/2 cup frozen DOLE® Mango Chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen DOLE® Tropical Gold® Pineapple Chunks, reserving a few chunks for garnish
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon macadamia nuts, crushed
- Combine mango chunks, pineapple chunks, coconut milk, banana and protein powder in blender. Cover; blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into bowl.
- Top smoothie with coconut flakes, macadamia nuts and remaining pineapple chunks.
