Ingredients (7)
  • 1/2 cup frozen DOLE® Mango Chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen DOLE® Tropical Gold® Pineapple Chunks, reserving a few chunks for garnish
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon macadamia nuts, crushed
Directions
  1. Combine mango chunks, pineapple chunks, coconut milk, banana and protein powder in blender.  Cover; blend until smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie into bowl.
  3. Top smoothie with coconut flakes, macadamia nuts and remaining pineapple chunks.
