- 3 large kale leaves, tough stems removed
- 2 cups frozen DOLE® Strawberries and Blueberries Mix
- 1 pear or apple, chopped
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice
- 2 to 3 ice cubes (optional)
- Using a powerful blender; combine kale, blueberries, pear, ginger, juice and ice in blender or food processor. Cover; blend until smooth.
- Tip: Can substitute a handful of spinach for the kale.
