Ingredients (6)
  • 3 large kale leaves, tough stems removed
  • 2 cups frozen DOLE® Strawberries and Blueberries Mix
  • 1 pear or apple, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice
  • 2 to 3 ice cubes (optional)
  1. Using a powerful blender; combine kale, blueberries, pear, ginger, juice and ice in blender or food processor.  Cover; blend until smooth.
  2. Tip:  Can substitute a handful of spinach for the kale.
