- 1 cup DOLE® Pineapple Juice or orange juice
- 2 cups frozen DOLE Mixed Berries
- 1 pear or apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup DOLE Baby Spinach
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- Combine pineapple juice, mixed berries, pear, spinach and ginger in blender or food processor. Cover; blend until smooth.
