Ingredients (8)
  • 1 12-inch prepared pizza crust
  • 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup DOLE® Pineapple Tidbits, drained
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 cup sliced red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Brush crust with oil.
  3. Bake for 20 min. or until golden brown.
  4. Spoon sauce over crust.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with pineapple, broccoli, bell pepper, and green onion.
