Ingredients (10)
  • 1 can (15.25 oz.) DOLE® Tropical Fruit, drained
  • 1 can (11 oz.) DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1-1/2 cup cold milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 drops yellow food color
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 can (8 oz.) DOLE Crushed Pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice
Directions
  1. Combine tropical fruit and mandarin oranges in blender or food processor container; blend on low speed for 10 seconds. Set aside.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup cold milk in small bowl. Stir to blend; set aside
  3. Heat milk, sugar, salt and food color in medium saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add gelatin mixture; continue stirring until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat; add cream, crushed pineapple, pineapple juice, and tropical mandarin fruit mixture. Chill.
