Fruity Tango Ice Cream

Ingredients 10


1 can (15.25 oz.) DOLE® Tropical Fruit, drained
1 can (11 oz.) DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1-1/2 cup cold milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 drops yellow food color
1 cup heavy cream
1 can (8 oz.) DOLE Crushed Pineapple, drained
1 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice



1 can (15.25 oz.) DOLE Tropical Fruit, drained
1 can (11 oz.) DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained


Combine tropical fruit and mandarin oranges in blender or food processor container; blend on low speed for 10 seconds. Set aside.


1/2 cup cold milk


Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup cold milk in small bowl. Stir to blend; set aside


1 cup milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 drops yellow food color
1 cup heavy cream
1 can (8 oz.) DOLE Crushed Pineapple, drained
1 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice


Heat milk, sugar, salt and food color in medium saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add gelatin mixture; continue stirring until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat; add cream, crushed pineapple, pineapple juice, and tropical mandarin fruit mixture. Chill.
