A delightful smoothie featuring a variety of fruits and root vegetables.
Calories per serving
- 1-1/2 cups DOLE® Ready-Cut Fruit Strawberries, Peaches, & Bananas
- 1/2 cup light coconut milk
- 1/2 cup carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger paste or fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- Combine fruit, milk, carrots, yogurt and ginger in blender or food processor. Cover; blend until smooth.
