  • 1-1/2 cups DOLE® Ready-Cut Fruit Strawberries, Peaches, & Bananas
  • 1/2 cup light coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger paste or fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
Directions
  1. Combine fruit, milk, carrots, yogurt and ginger in blender or food processor.  Cover; blend until smooth.
