Fruit Salad with Orange Ginger Dressing
Delicious fruit salad with orange ginger dressing.
Calories per serving
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Chunks, drained
- 3 cup watermelon, honeydew or cantaloupe chunks
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- Stir together orange juice, honey and ginger in small bowl.
- Combine pineapple chunks, watermelon and blueberries in bowl. Pour dressing over salad. Toss to evenly coat. Cover; refrigerate 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
