Fruit Salad Smoothie
A great nutrient-dense way to start your day!
Calories per serving
- 1-1/2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze® Almond Milk
- 1 pkg (4.5 oz) DOLE® Power Up Greens™ Baby Kale and Greens
- 1/2 cup DOLE Strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup DOLE Raspberries
- 1/2 cup DOLE Red Grapes
- 1/2 cup fresh DOLE Tropical Gold® Pineapple, chopped
- 1/2 cup DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 1 DOLE Banana, peeled and sliced
- 4 to 6 ice cubes
- Combine almond milk and baby greens in blender. Cover; blend until smooth.
- Add berries, grapes, pineapple and mandarin oranges; blend until smooth.
- Add banana; blend until smooth. Add ice cubes as needed to get a slushy consistency. Serve.
