1 cup, whole kernel corn,
1 cup DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes,
2 tbsp DOLE Red Onion, finely chopped,
2 tbsp red bell pepper, finely chopped,
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro,
1 tsp fresh lime juice,
1 tsp maple syrup,
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2: Arrange corn on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned; cool slightly.
Step 3: Stir together corn with remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
