A delicious smoothie with just three ingredients.
Calories per serving
- 1 cup frozen DOLE® Tropical Fruit
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 1 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt
- fresh mint sprigs (optional)
- Combine tropical fruit, apple juice, and yogurt in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
