Ingredients (7)
  • 4 cups cold milk
  • 2 pkg (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 cups cooked white rice, cooled
  • 1 can (20 oz) DOLE® Pineapple Chunks, drained
  • 1/2 cup DOLE Seedless Raisins
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Whisk together milk and pudding mix in large bowl, 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Stir in rice, pineapple chunks, raisins, cinnamon and vanilla.  Chill
