Easy Pineapple Rice Pudding
The kids will surely love this healthy yet tasty dessert.

- 4 cups cold milk
- 2 pkg (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
- 4 cups cooked white rice, cooled
- 1 can (20 oz) DOLE® Pineapple Chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup DOLE Seedless Raisins
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whisk together milk and pudding mix in large bowl, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir in rice, pineapple chunks, raisins, cinnamon and vanilla. Chill
