Ingredients (9)
  • 1 large, fresh fresh DOLE® Tropical Gold® Pineapple
  • 1 large DOLE Banana(s), sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 DOLE Mango, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup DOLE Strawberries, halved, (optional)
  • 1 cup DOLE Green Grapes
  • 1-1/2 cups frozen or fresh DOLE Raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  1. Cut pineapple in half lengthwise through crown.  Cut fruit from shells, leaving shells intact.  Core and cut fruit into chunks.

  2. Stir together pineapple, banana, orange, mango, strawberries and grapes, in large bowl.  Spoon fruit back into pineapple shells.

  3. Combine raspberries, honey and vinegar in blender or food processor container.  Cover; blend until smooth.  

  4. Serve raspberry sauce with fruit salad.
