Ingredients (7)
  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 4 cups DOLE® Pineapple Juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup apricot nectar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon whole cloves
Directions
  1. Combine apple cider, pineapple juice, orange juice, apricot nectar, honey, cinnamon sticks and cloves in a large stock pot. Heat to boiling over medium heat; reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.  Strain out cinnamon and cloves; keep warm while serving.

    Tip: For an extra holiday kick, add 1/2 cup dark rum after mixture has simmered.
