Calories per serving
- 1 lb. dry bowtie pasta
- 1 pkg. (5-6 oz.) baby spinach, chopped
- 1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 can (15 oz.) DOLE® Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 1 cup salad dressing of choice
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water.
- Transfer pasta to a large serving bowl. Add spinach, pine nuts, pomegranate seeds, and mandarins to pasta.
- Drizzle salad dressing over pasta and toss gently to coat.
