- 4 cups (1 lb.) partially thawed frozen DOLE® Mixed Fruit
- 12 cups (1 lb.) lightly packed DOLE Hearts of Romaine
- 2 cups fresh DOLE Tropical Gold® Pineapple, cut into chunks
- 3 DOLE Bananas, peeled, divided
- 1 cup DOLE Seedless Grapes
- 1/3 cup lowfat raspberry vinaigrette
- • Combine mixed fruit, salad greens and pineapple in a large salad bowl.
- • Combine vinaigrette and one chopped banana in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend dressing until smooth.
- • Slice two bananas into 1/2-inch thick pieces and add to salad just before serving.
- • Toss with dressing and garnish with grapes.
