- 1 ripe, medium DOLE® Banana(s), peeled and sliced
- 2 cups frozen DOLE Mixed Fruit or Tropical Fruit, partially thawed
- 3/4 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice or vanilla soymilk
- Combine banana, mixed fruit in blender or food processor container. Add pineapple juice or soymilk. Cover; blend until smooth.
