  • 3/4 cup frozen DOLE® Blueberries
  • 6 oz. plain lowfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 medium banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 to 2 DOLE Whole Pitted Dates
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk or unsweetened non-dairy milk of choice
  1. Combine blueberries, yogurt, flax seeds, cinnamon, vanilla extract, banana, dates, and milk in blender.  Cover; blend until smooth.
