Cranberry Mandarin Fruit Mold

Ingredients 5

2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8-serving size) cranberry or black cherry flavor gelatin
1-1/2 cups ginger ale or water, chilled
2 cups green or red seedless grape halves
1 can (11 oz.) DOLE® Mandarin Oranges, drained

2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8-serving size) or 2 (4-serving size) cranberry or black cherry flavor gelatin
1-1/2 cups ginger ale or water, chilled

Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.  Stir in ginger ale.  Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened.

2 cups green or red seedless grape halves
1 can (11 oz.) DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained

Stir in grapes and mandarin oranges.  Pour into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.  Unmold.  Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.

Unmolding:  Dip mold in warm water for about 15 seconds.  Gently pull gelatin from around edges with moist fingers.  Place moistened serving plate on top of mold.  Invert mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen.  Gently remove mold.
