Just two ingredients for a refreshing and healthy treat!

- 1-1/2 cups frozen DOLE® Tropical Fruit or Mixed Berries
- 1 cup coconut water
- 4 (3 oz.) popsicle molds or paper cups
- Place tropical fruit in popsicle molds, pour in coconut water. Add stick.
- Freeze 3 hours.
