Citrus Teriyaki Chicken
Perfectly grilled Chicken

- 1/2 cup prepared teriyaki marinade
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 5 individual boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (20 oz.) Canned Pineapple Slices in 100% Pineapple Juice
- Stir together teriyaki marinade, orange peel and ginger in small bowl.
- Grill or broil chicken breasts 8 minutes, brushing with one-half sauce. Turn chicken over; add pineapple slices to grill. Brush chicken and slices with remaining sauce. Continue grilling 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center and slices are lightly browned.
